Continuing Education Units

Session Verification Form

Everyone seeking continuing education hours must fill out and turn in a Session Attendance Verification Form. This form is provided at the on-site conference check-in desk. Codes for the form are announced during sessions. Participants must write the session code on the form and turn in the completed form at the conference registration desk prior to departing the conference on the last day of attendance. Following the conference, CEU certificates will be sent via email to participants based on the number of sessions attended — as verified by the codes on the respective session verification form.
