The Pennsylvania Drilling and Blasting Conference is for underground and surface blasters, engineers, suppliers, and other professionals associated with drilling, blasting, and explosives. The 2025 conference was approved for up to 12 hours of classroom instruction, which meets Pennsylvania continuing education requirements for blaster’s license renewal.
